Welcome at Lilian's Sculptures
Information:Lilian Steenhuisen-de Rooij (Netherlands, 1961) creates sculptures in wax. The sculptures are poured in Neolith, an artificial resin that is resistant against frost and rain. All sculptures can also be provided in bronze. Lilian finds her inspiration in photographs of people in exceptional positions or in positions with obvious emotions: "Those kind of pictures stimulate me to transfer it into wax. Of course in my own style ''. Lilian has had exhibitions at Gallery de Omslag in Rosmalen (NL) and Gallery Kloosterkapel in Zaltbommel (NL). Her sculptures are also for sale at Harold de Bie Siersteencreaties in Esch (NL). You can order the sculptures direct in the webshop of the Gardens of Appeltern.
